Whether it be from employee to entreprenuer, student to employee or man to father he helps his clients grow into the best version of themselves. As husband, father, and entreprenuer, Rod started his coaching business officially in 2018 to help other men deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of starting a new business, life, and family while still holding on to their own identity. Prior to becoming a life coach, Rod spent over ten years as a strength and conditioning coach, a loving husband, father, and an entrepreneur. Today Rod offers a wide range of programs and services – from individual coaching, to group coaching and workshops.
