Matt Fleekop Profile Photo

Matt Fleekop

Performance Coach

Matt is a husband, girl dad, coach, and lifelong athlete who’s passionate about helping people build strength for life—both physically and mentally.

A former strength and conditioning coach at Princeton University, he now works with Future, coaching athletes from all walks of life—parents, runners, actors, even Olympians—helping them train in a way that fits their life, not runs it.

These days, Matt’s going after a sub-5 mile and a sub-2:50 marathon, all while chasing his toddler around the house. Fatherhood has influenced the way he coaches and continues to teach him about the true meaning of patience, presence, and purpose.

He believes training should make you a better dad, a better partner, and a better human. His philosophy is simple: Consistency beats perfection. Show up, do the work, and the score will take care of itself.
