My name is Andrew “Dru” Mejico. I grew up in Southern California. I’m 34 years old. I’m a husband, father, and a full time Law Enforcement Officer. I’m a strength and conditioning coach and I’m the owner and founder of NINE11 STRONG. I have over a decade of training experience. I started training general population. Then moved to training athletes. Now I specialize in training Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders. I’ve helped over 500 officers transform their bodies, get stronger, improve their health and perform better on duty.
