At the beginning of your fitness journey you must understand that this is not a quick fix or a temporary solution to potentially a lifetime struggle. Your fitness journey will continue past 28 days, 6 weeks, or 90 days. Your need to "be fit" will last your entire life. With that in mind it is important to get clear on your "why" early in the process.

The first step in your journey is to gain clarity on your own specific "why". This video is a depiction of the process my clients and I use to get to a compelling enough "why" to not only get them started but to also keep them going.
