Create an Environment that supports and encourages your health and fitness journey. By having easy and consistent access to the things you will need or use often you can remove the obstacles that typically trip you up.

Ideally you want to have a system in place that makes it easier for you to be successful. Below are a few things that I like to do to remove some of the decisions and guess work as well as minimize excuses and reasons for failure.
