I talk a lot about consistent daily efforts and I think we all know that consistency is the key. The problem is many times we don't have the tools or tips that can actually help us achieve it.

So here are 5 tips that I use to help keep me consistent...

2. Pick the closest threat
3. Schedule your priorities

5. Don't stay down for long
