"If I was a busy business dad..."

If i was a busy business dad who wanted to be fit... who didn’t like or have the time to cook, here’s exactly what id do...

1. Eat the same FAST breakfast 90% of the time - which i do - 1/2 cup oatmeal, Cinnamon raisin bagel, 1 tbl honey, and 50g whey protein

2. Order 2 meals/day from a restaurant in which i knew and could trust the macro breakdown... I’d do meal prep service sometimes

3. Alternate tri tip and a fattier fish for dinner and cook it on the grill along with veggies and rice or potato depending on carb targets...

4. Save something for desert that fits into my plan every single night... for me it’s 200g frozen berries, 2 TBL peanut butter, and two Carmel rice cakes

5. Train for strength 4x/ week for an hour

6. 10k steps daily

But before you go, a couple things to take note of...

1. You should know what your optimal intake is and how to adjust it and when... in the plan above I’m eating 400g of carbs... if i had less I’d take them away... simple

2. It’s not rocket science... holding yourself accountable is more difficult

3.  You need to get into a routine... the above takes bare minimum energy away from the inportant stuff in family and work... if it’s not simple, you will fail.
